Then be part of the anniversary campaign of the World Congress and leading trade fair “50 Years – 50+ Voices”!

We are looking for short personal videos from patients who talk about how assistive devices have changed their lives. These videos will be shown on social media, at events, and on the website as part of OTWorld 2026.

In order to use and assign your video, we ask for the following information about you and the video. Please also agree to the use of the video on our channels.

After submitting the form, you will receive an email with an upload link and a password to upload your video.

Terms of use:

• Ownership of rights
You are the author or legal owner of all rights of use to the submitted video and are entitled to transfer these rights to OTWorld.

• Granting of rights
You grant OTWorld the non-exclusive right of use, unlimited in terms of time, space, and content, to the submitted video.
This includes, in particular, the right to

make the video publicly accessible (e.g., via website, social media, events, presentations),
edit, shorten, or combine it with other content,
use it for editorial and advertising purposes in the context of trade fair communication.

• Consent of persons depicted / third parties
You ensure that all persons recognizable in the video agree to the recording and publication and that no third-party rights (e.g., trademark, copyright, personal rights) are infringed.

• No charge & revocation
The rights of use are granted free of charge.
Revocation after publication is only possible for good cause.

• Indemnification
You indemnify OTWorld against all third-party claims that may arise from a breach of the above representations.

Privacy policy:

Only the personal data necessary to achieve the purpose will be processed on the basis of consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR and deleted after the purpose has been achieved or beforehand if consent is revoked.
