Want to dive into the next pen and paper adventure? Then you can register for pen and paper rounds before CAGGTUS and secure your place at the table. Registration is not mandatory. If there is still a slot available, you can also participate spontaneously.
The pen and paper rounds on offer are organised and run by Gugelgilde e.V. The rounds are conducted in German, except Neon Genesis Evangelion and Totally Real Human Adults.

 

How does registration work?

•    Fill out this form.
•    Gugelgilde e.V. will contact you to confirm your registration.
•    Come to CAGGTUS, check in at the Pen and Paper Corner and dive into the adventure!
•    Please be there at least 10 minutes before your session starts. Reserved seats that are not occupied at the start of the session may be given to spontaneous participants. 

 

Note on registration: To allow as many visitors as possible to participate, you can register for a maximum of two sessions.

Below, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with your registration and participation in the event:
The responsible body in terms of data protection law is Gugelgilde e.V., Jagdweg 1-3, 01159 Dresden, Germany.
For the purpose of registering and conducting the pen-and-paper event organised by us, we process the following personal data: First and last name, email address and game round.
This data is processed on the basis of your (implied) consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
We will delete your data after the end of CAGGTUS.
This data will be passed on to our partner Gugelgilde e.V..
Only the personal data necessary to achieve the purpose will be processed on the basis of consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and deleted after the purpose has been achieved, or earlier if consent is revoked.
